Ileana Vlad

She is a seasoned consultant with over 20 years of experience in innovation and transition management, marketing and visual design strategy, and organizational optimization consulting. Ileana has a track record of success in helping organizations achieve their goals and maximize their potential.

Her experience covers multinational, manufacturing, and commercial companies, and she holds extensive knowledge in Corporate Strategy and Operations, including Strategic Planning and Implementation, Operations Management, Business Process Re-engineering, Cost Reduction and Value Creation, Brand Equity Management, and Succession Planning.

She developed professionally through periods of radical organizational change and held top-level managerial roles across outsourcing, FMCG, automotive, construction and real estate, and health services. PhD Prof. Eng. Alexandru Stanila

Head of Innovation, Research and Development Department

Prof. Ing. PhD Alexandru Stanila is a highly respected academic, researcher, inventor, and teacher. With an impressive academic and professional career spanning over four decades, he has established himself as a leading authority in construction engineering.

He has published over 170 research articles in national and international journals and conferences and has 41 registered patents. His research has been funded by several organizations, including the Romanian Ministry of Education and Research.

Prof. Stanila is a dedicated and passionate teacher who has inspired and mentored several generations of engineering students. He has taught undergraduate and graduate courses including innovative constructions, foundations, and construction technologies.

He has received numerous honors and awards in recognition of his academic, research, and innovation achievements, including more than 64 medal awards for patents registered at international inventions and patents fairs.

He is also a development strategist and author of national strategies focused on sustainable development, technical education, creative thinking, and invention-led GDP growth. He is the founder of the National Agency for Invention and Technology Transfer, Industry 4.0.
