This concept harmoniously combines the advantages of prefabricated factory-built wall and ceiling panels made of wood or galvanized steel, specially insulated and delivered with installations included, with very high on-site assembly speed. These constructions can be fully assembled and dismantled for the recovery and reuse of sub-assemblies.
Factory productivity, fast assembly, and the use of modern structural container transport systems make these constructions a distinct niche market. They can be passive, active, or intelligent houses, depending on the customer’s requirements, at prices below the market average for masonry or reinforced concrete structures, while maintaining the same hygro-thermal, soundproofing, and lifespan standards.
These houses also offer a major advantage: they can be fully relocated at minimal cost, mainly transport-related, when moved to another site. This is made possible by applying modern technical solutions, structural design, and state-of-the-art materials.

Model Cube B1 – 45 sqm max
45 sqm mobile individual dwelling with furniture. The basic feature is the two-way expansion method of three spatial volumes.

Model Cube B2 – 72 sqm max
Mobile individual dwelling, gabaritic, from 55 to 72 sqm and above.

Model B 72 sqm+, extendable with up to 10 sqm more through additional expansion kits for bathroom, kitchen, or stairwell functions.

For ground floor and ground floor plus one storey structures, the special foundation on screw piles can also be recovered. When utility connections are available on site, the time required to bring the building into use is much shorter than for classic brick and reinforced concrete construction.
The production of factory-modelled and machined prefabricated units that can be joined in different sizes makes assembly ultra-fast.

As an example, extendible modules can be compared to 20 ft container-space modules with a floor area of 14.8 sqm per unit. A 45 sqm extendible module is transported at approximately three times the price/sqm ratio: 14.8 / 45 = 0.329.
The high degree of energy independence and the environmentally friendly sanitary units in smart multi-purpose buildings contribute to environmental protection in remote locations while meeting demanding functional requirements.
General Technical Characteristics and Innovative Features
- Welded metal structure for the basic strength module, practical and gabaritic, forming the central core of strength during assembly, transport, handling, and operation, equipped with standardized transport corner pieces.
- Zinc-plated metal structure made of thin-walled C and U bars, cold-formed on numerically controlled machines, for extension elements, folding walls, ceilings, floors, and A- or B-type systems.
- Evolved thermal protection through alternating layers of conductive and radiative protection materials, achieving at least 8 m2*K/W thermal resistance at a thickness of around 10 cm.
- Classic high-endurance finishes for walls and ceilings, with monolithic bi-component spraying of a highly elastic polyurethane-elastomer layer for weathering and saline environments.
Electrical Installations and Functional Fittings
The system contains all necessary modern equipment, including an electric meter with overheating protection, automatic fuses, a hidden indoor electrical network protected by fireproof tubes, socket networks according to function, economical lighting, electric heating fixtures, and flat infrared radiant panels.
A photovoltaic power plant can be sized according to functional needs and equipped with storage batteries for economical independent operation. Photovoltaic panels can be mounted on both the fixed and extendable ceilings. When operation is close to a conventional power grid, an external 220-volt socket can also be provided.
