They can be passive, active or intelligent houses, depending on the customer’s availability, at prices below the market average for masonry or reinforced concrete structures, with the same features and quality indices: hygro-thermal, soundproofing, with the same lifespan.
However, these houses have a great advantage: they can be fully replaced at minimal cost (transport costs) if they are relocated. This is made possible by applying the most modern technical solutions, structural design and state-of-the-art materials.

General technical characteristics, innovative features
Technical design features, long life service
-Welded metal structure for the basic strength module, gabaritic, practical, it constitutes the central core of strength in the assembly, transport, handling, operation phases, equipped with standardised corner pieces for transport.
-Zinc-plated metal structure made of thin-walled bars, type C and U, in cold-formed numerically controlled machines, for functional flat extension elements, folding walls, ceilings, floors, folding A, or sliding B.
-Evolved thermal protection
A hybrid thermal protection system shall be applied, consisting of alternating layers of conductive and radiative thermal protection materials, in order to obtain thermal envelope construction elements with an evolved thermal resistance of at least 8 m2*K/Wdar over a small thickness of about 10.0 cm for normal thermal comfort in operation. This will reduce the thermal and automatically the electrical energy consumption of the air-conditioning system. In addition, a very convenient minimum ratio between the usable and the developed area of the building is obtained.
-Finishes, classic, walls and ceilings, high endurance water-repellent protection against weathering, aggressive air and saline environments, made monolithically by bi-component spraying of a highly elastic polyurethane-elastomer layer.
Electrical installations and functional fittings.

Electric meter with overheating protection system, automatic fuses, hidden indoor electrical network protected in fireproof protection tubes, sized according to consumers, network of sockets according to function, economical lighting installations, electric heating fixtures, flat infrared radiant panels.

The photovoltaic panels will be mounted on the fixed ceiling but also on the extendable ceilings. For operation close to a conventional power grid, there is also an external power socket for 220 volt electrical record.
