PLASTBAU® 6 Wall
The wall formwork PLASTBAU®-6 is thermal-insulating and pre-reinforced, without plastic plugs.
Specifically designed for load-bearing exterior or interior concrete walls.
PLASTBAU®-6 is manufactured without additional processing phases on the PLASTBAU® D60/200/PB6 line.

- Thickness of the internal fiber-cement board: 20 mm.
- Thickness of the external EPS panel: 100 ÷ 300 mm
- Concrete thickness: 120 ÷ 300 mm
- Density of the EPS panel: 25 kg/m3
- Thermal transmittance U value: up to 0.087 W/m2K
- Diameter of vertical rods: 8 – 10 – 12 mm
- Production rate: 35 ÷ 40 m2/h (depending on the thickness of the product)
The internal board of the PLASTBAU®-6 is made of fiber-cement, which is an incombustible material with a Euro-class A1 fire resistance rating, instead of polystyrene.
