The D-Series is our fixed mold forming machine, which continuously produces panels for thermal insulation, with or without metal reinforcement and longitudinal holes. Compared to the H Series, the D Series extrudes the product vertically. It is specific for some products such as PLASTBAUĀ® SIP, Metal or for the panels used for the PLASTBAUĀ® walls. This is an auxiliary to H200.
The D-Series is our fixed mold forming machine, which continuously produces panels for thermal insulation. Panels can also be produced with metal reinforcement and longitudinal holes. Compared to the H-Series, the D-Series extrudes the product vertically. It is specific for some products such as PLASTBAUĀ® SIP, Metal or for curved roof elements.
The thickness of the panels can vary from 40 to 300 mm and their length according to your requests. The D-Series can be developed in 3 different sizes, 60, 120 and 240 cm wide.
For large buildings such as hangars, shopping centers, a 240 cm wide panel is a huge plus in the installation phase, many m2 of insulating and reinforced panels can be laid per hour, speeding up times and significantly lowering production costs.
The D-Series can also be customized to create curved panels that can be used as roofing. Contact us for all the information on our machinery.
The D120 is a fixed mould forming machinery, which produces a panel for insulation in a continuous output. Those panels can also be produced with metallic reinforcements and with longitudinal holes.
The thickness of the panel varies from 40 to 300 mm and can be as long as you want.
The D240 is a bigger version of the D120. This version has been made to produce long and width panels useful for the construction of hangars or shopping centres. Those panels can be manipulated by just two workers by hand, making the construction of such buildings simpler and much faster.
D-84 is the smallest of the D-Series, used to produce 60cm width panels. This is a cheaper machinery used for smaller projects or to be delocalized to follow specific project lowering distances.
